Today Governor Ron DeSantis moved Florida into
Phase 3 of reopening. This allows bars, restaurants, and retail to operate at
full capacity.
All statewide restrictions on bars and restaurants are now rescinded and local governments are blocked from ordering businesses to close. Local governments can still limit or regulate the operations in some ways relating to COVID-19.
The changes will go into effect immediately, DeSantis said.
