Governor Ron DeSantis stated Friday that Florida counties
are required to individually submit a request to reopen short term rentals
along with an acceptable operational safety plan. DPBR (The Department of
Business and Professional Regulation) posted guidelines to be considered in the
plans at the link below:
Most of the counties in the panhandle of Florida have
