Mandy Reigart Realtor Spotlight

As we wrap up the month of February, we’d like to take a moment to reveal our February Realty ONE Group Emerald Coast (ROGEC) Realtor spotlight. This month’s realtor is Mandy Reigart! Mandy is originally from Crystal Lake, Illinois. As a military spouse, she has moved a significant amount, living in 6 different states. Four years ago, her family officially settled in Destin, and she says, “we saved the best for last!”

Mandy is described as professional, honest, and dedicated. With two years in the industry and several years of moving, Mandy is an expert in real estate. Mandy specifically chose real estate because of her moving experience. She elaborated, “As a military spouse, you get your fill of moves. I’ve bought, sold, rented, RV’ed; you name it. I valued the support I received from the professionals that helped us, but I always felt I dove in further — I provided the magic to the move. In my business, I get to do just that for my customers. I go above and beyond because I understand first-hand what these customers are going through.”

Mandy’s favorite parts of her job include “The relationships I build. I’ve met so many amazing people in this job. It really fills your bucket.” She continued, “There’s always something to learn and more knowledge to gain and give. This career allows me to use my teaching background to educate. I help my customers not only through the process of buying and selling but all the little details that fall in between.” The best part of loving your job is enjoying where you do it! Mandy and her family love living in Destin. Specifically, they appreciate the small-town feel. Although Destin is a hot spot attraction spot, the small-town feeling remains within the city. Mandy says this keeps her family grounded when life gets too busy. “My family will walk the beach at sunset and run into families from our children’s schools. We see our kid’s teachers out and about, trick or treating or at events with their families. You meet folks and realize your connections and just how small this world is — We love our small town.”

As mentioned, Mandy stays busy as a realtor and as a mother! She has two daughters, and one fur baby — “All three of them keep us on our toes and young at heart.”  She also added, “Our daughters motivate me daily. I have two pre-adolescent girls watching my every move. They see me, my actions, and my choices. They see how hard I work and the efforts I make daily. Their watchful eyes motivate me to work hard and lead life by example. Outside of work, Mandy and her family love all things outdoors and are not afraid to play in the dirt! You’ll find them snorkeling at the sand bars or playing pickleball in the summer. In the cooler months, they enjoy camping and off-roading. It sounds like a blast!
