BEAUTIFUL BEACHFRONT, GROUND FLOOR- 3 BEDROOM, 3 BATH. SLEEPS 8!
King bed master suite with it’s own private bath room and patio access. 2nd bedroom hosts a queen bed with it’s own private bath. 3rd bedroom hosts two queen beds and has a connecting door to the bathroom off of the living area. Dining table seats 6 with a breakfast bar that seats an additional 4 guests. Kitchen is fully stocked with just about any item you need. All bedrooms and living rooms have flat screen TV’s.

Beach service included- (2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up for you each day- March through October)
This property has enhanced its cleaning and sanitation procedures to comply with CDC recommended guidelines.
Maintenance: Only emergency maintenance work orders will be issued if units are occupied. Minor issues will be handled between check in and check out or when units are vacant to help decrease any chances of contamination.

Cancellation policy:
Guests who cancel within 30 days of arrival will get 100% of the amount they paid. Cancellations between 14-30 days prior to arrival will get 50% of the amount they paid. Otherwise no refund will be issued.
